I’m Paula De La Selva, Mother, Holistic Health Coach, Gut Healing Specialist, Relational Repair Practitioner, Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator, Entrepeneur, Business Consultant and many other passions!
I am the founder of the method Gut-Heart-Mind Alignment™, within 10 years of Gut healing & Spiritual journey, after living in 6 countries, becoming a mother during the pandemic and spending 5 years of focused studies, research, testing and gathering insights from +500 clients to create my unique method.
Today I guide women and couples to find their unique rhythm, which I call their holistic blueprint. The wave that supports their wellbeing and drive them towards growth.
