My journey began as a teenager, plagued by digestive problems, chronic constipation, gastritis, and dizziness. I felt weak, deficient, and sick, yet doctors couldn't diagnose the root cause. I underwent countless endoscopies, took digestive pills, and always carried Tums with me. In my 20s, I suffered from insomnia, malnutrition, and anxiety, which made me tired of constantly being sick and afraid of fainting in public spaces.

I tried every remedy under the sun, but it wasn't until I began paying closer attention to what I was eating that things started to shift. I discovered that iced tea triggered my migraines, and overeating processed foods worsened my gastritis. Only when I moved to Guatemala and started practicing daily yoga did my habits truly change. My body craved more vegetables, fruits, and less artificial foods.

That's when I discovered Kombucha - a magical elixir that stabilized my digestion and gave me the strength to face each day. By having a shot of Kombucha every morning before meditation and yoga, my body became more resistant and flexible, and my mind clearer than ever before. Panic attacks vanished, my connections with others grew stronger, and I managed stress more healthily.

Today, I live a transformed life - one where I honor my body and nourish my soul with wholesome foods, ceremonial cacao, daily meditation, breathwork, physical exercise and self-care practices.
